Purchase Options & Subscription Policy

Feel Reset offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscription options. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to the following terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

One-Time Purchases

If you select a one-time purchase, you will be charged once at checkout. No recurring charges will apply.

Orders enter fulfillment immediately and cannot be canceled once processed.

Subscription Authorization (Subscribe & Save)

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Feel Reset to:

  • Charge your provided payment method automatically

  • Process recurring payments at the selected delivery interval

  • Continue billing until you cancel

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency selected at checkout unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to recurring charges.

Subscription Bundles

If you enroll in a multi-bottle or bundle subscription (including 3-pack or other discounted bundles):

  • You agree to recurring shipments of the selected bundle

  • You agree to recurring charges at the applicable discounted rate

  • Discounted pricing applies only while the subscription remains active

Bundle quantities and pricing are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through our secure subscription platform.

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including:

  • Updating billing information

  • Updating shipping address

  • Skipping shipments

  • Canceling before renewal

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

Important:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before renewal

  • Once a subscription has renewed, that order cannot be canceled

  • Orders that have been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

If you cancel after renewal, cancellation will apply to future cycles only.

Failed Payments & Account Holds

If a recurring charge fails, we may attempt to reprocess payment. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or terminated.

Feel Reset reserves the right to cancel any subscription at its discretion.

Refunds & Disputes

Subscription orders are subject to our standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

However:

  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel before renewal

  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension

  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback claims

Returns must follow our approved return process.

Returns from Canada are not accepted.
